We stand behind the equipment we sell!  Most used equipment items we sell feature a 30 day limited warranty directly from Ballentine Equipment Company Inc.  All service calls and service agencies contracted must be approved by Ballentine Equipment Company Inc. before service takes place.  We reserve the right to issue an return merchandise authorization (RMA) and refund the cost of your equipment purchase in lieu of repairing the item.  Exclusions:  “Demo Units” carry the original manufacturer’s warranty (unless stated otherwise at the time of the sale) and are subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.  Items sold “As Is” or for “Parts” or are stated as “No Warranty” do not have any warranty coverage.    If you have any questions, Please contact Kevin Bagwell or Russell Ballentine and we will be happy to provide a detailed written copy of our used equipment limited warranty terms and conditions and to answer any questions you may have prior to your purchase.
